How participation works

• Go to our schedule and select the start date of your course
• You will be redirected to Eversports, where you purchase the 10-class preventive course pass (Mat or Reformer)
• Then book yourself into all course sessions individually

👉 Important: Entry is only possible up to a maximum of 2 weeks after the course has started (or by prior arrangement).

Requirements for health insurance reimbursement

Statutory health insurance providers support our courses as a preventive health measure according to § 20 SGB V, provided you attend regularly.

• Participation in at least 8 sessions of the same course
• These sessions must take place within 12 weeks
• After completion, you will receive a course certificate from us

👉 You submit this certificate to your (German) health insurance provider to request reimbursement.

Flexibility

• You may make up 2 missed sessions in other classes
• Your preventive course pass is valid for 12 weeks
• Bookings and cancellations are managed independently via your account

👉 Cancellations are only free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

After completing the course

Once you have fulfilled the participation requirements, please send us a short email—we will issue your course certificate.
